Today we learned that our popular sales performance platform was named a finalist in the 2015 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service in the Sales Automation category, which means we are ranked among the top 3 of the dozens of qualified entrants. And naturally, we’re honored to be honored.

The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards programs. Such ranking in our sector is testament to the success of the Qstream mobile platform by hundreds of thousands of sales professionals across the globe. These include 8 of the top 10 life sciences companies and other leading brands in technology and financial services.

We all know that CRM systems don’t close deals - your people do. Simple math shows us that a 5% performance gain from the middle 60% of sales performers yields over 70% more revenue than a 5% shift in the top 20% of the sales force. The key to “moving the middle” is understanding, with data, the skills and behaviors of your sales reps today and then changing that.

The Stevie’s judges obviously understand the importance of what we, and customers like you, are doing. Developed at Harvard, Qstream prepares sales reps for the kind of personalized, value-added business conversations that drive revenue – just by letting them play a game on their phone in minutes a day. Qstream has been proven in over 20 clinical trials to deliver up to 170% increase in knowledge retention and durably change behaviors. And, no other company has managed to crack the code on creating such high levels of engagement at 94% on average.

In the coming weeks more than 100 members of several specialized judging committees will determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place January 26 - February 4. Final results will be announced on February 27 in Las Vegas.
